Drs. Angela Kwestro specializes in the treatment of cataracts, placing a toric implant lens if necessary, if desired by the client and if the eye is suitable for it. She has been working as an ophthalmologist at Bergman Clinics in Hoogeveen since 2020.
After completing her training in Medicine in Nijmegen in 2011, she assisted in cataract surgery at Oogkliniek Heuvelrug in Zeist, among other things, while waiting for a place to train as an ophthalmologist. From 2013 she continued her studies with the Ophthalmology training and successfully completed it in 2018. Doctor Angela Kwestro worked for several months as an ophthalmologist for the Saxenburgh group in Hardenberg and Coevorden as a bridge to a 2-year Fellowship 'advanced cataract surgery' at the Isala clinic in Zwolle.
