Your primary care physician is your first point of contact if you have questions or complaints about your health. If the family doctor believes you need specialist care, he or she may refer you to Bergman Clinics. The referral will be sent digitally to Bergman Clinics or you can bring the referral letter yourself.

The Mommy Make-Over includes both breast surgery and tummy tuck (sometimes liposuction). The plastic surgeon will work with you to determine the most appropriate procedure for your body. For example, one mother will choose breast augmentation with abdominoplasty, while another mother will benefit more from a breast elevator with abdominoplasty. In a comprehensive consultation, prior to the procedure, the plastic surgeon will perform a medical examination and assess the abdominal wall, breasts and elasticity of the skin. The plastic surgeon will discuss your options with you, answer all of your questions, explain the procedure of the procedure and what you can and cannot expect from the procedure.
