From a very early age, dermatologist Beemer-Kraag knew she wanted to do something with the skin. When she was eliminated from medical school, she decided to take her foundation course in skin therapy.
After a year she was able to start her medical training, in which her interest in skin remained. To gain experience as a doctor, she worked in the emergency room for two years, after which she was able to train as a dermatologist.
Experience
During her training, dermatologist Beemer-Kraag majored in management, and as elective internships she chose dermatosurgery and phlebology. She was also able to gain extensive experience during her training in areas such as general dermatology, oncology, pediatric dermatology and allergology.
In addition to her work as a dermatologist, Dr. Beemer-Kraag has spent time in recent years setting up her own sports business. Dr. Beemer-Kraag will be working at Bergman Clinics | Skin & Vascular in Hilversum as of March 1, 2019.
